[Existing compounds] that have advanced to clinical trials will accelerate the launch of your drugs.

If you are planning to launch your therapeutic drug, you should select disease mouse models that have shown action and efficacy in the same pathway and have progressed to the clinical trial.

The reason being that although there are many potential therapeutic targets for MASH/NASH, there are currently no approved drugs for the treatment of MASH/NASH, so it is difficult to ascertain whether they will always show similar efficacy in humans and mice.
However, if a compound has progressed to clinical trials, its efficacy has already been evaluated for MASH/NASH and it is expected that the same pathway will be effective. Therefore, using our mouse models that have experience with drugs that have progressed to clinical trials, we can help you more effectively achieve high efficacy with your compounds.

Below is a graphical overview of compounds that have progressed to clinical trials and have been previously evaluated using the STAMTM model, as well as associated pathways.

More detailed information on the [evaluation results] of pathways using the above compounds can be found here.

Again, if you are aiming to launch a therapeutic drug, you should select a mouse model of the disease that has shown action and efficacy in the same pathway and has previously progressed to the clinical trial.

To achieve this, you should partner with a non-clinical CRO that can effectively compare your results with other clinical trial results in order to help you advance to clinical trials.

As pioneers in the field of MASH/NASH, we have conducted more than 800 efficacy studies in STAMTM mouse models and evaluated many candidate drugs for the treatment of MASH/NASH.
We would be delighted if our extensive expertise could help you with your research.
