Visit SMC at the 61st Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Hepatology
Today, we are excited to announce that we will be attending the “61st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hepatology” which will be held on June 5th, Thursday and June 6th, Friday, at New Otani Hotel (Tokyo).
We will be happy to introduce our disease mouse models of inflammation and fibrosis in various organs, especially the patented MASH (NASH) – HCC model, known as the STAMTM mouse.
In particular, in this exhibition, from among STAMTM mouse’s achievements, which have advanced more than 15 compounds to clinical trials so far:
– Drug efficacy data of Rezdiffra (Resmetirom), which was approved as MASH therapeutic drug
– Drug efficacy data of candidate MASH therapeutic drug (Semaglutide, Pegozafermin, and others currently in third stage of clinical trials)
– Drug efficacy data of Lenvatinib and Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors with MASH derived HCC
