Made-to-Order Service Example: Optimization of an ANIT-Induced Chronic Cholestasis Model for Drug Efficacy Evaluation
SMC Laboratories’ Made-to-Order (MTO) service is designed to meet research needs that are difficult to reproduce with existing models by custom-designing and building optimal models or administration routes from scratch based on client requirements.
In this case, we optimized an ANIT (α-naphthyl isothiocyanate)-induced cholestatic liver injury model to evaluate the efficacy of a client’s compound targeting cholestatic liver disease.
