Correlation Analysis of Fibrosis Markers and FVC
in Acute and Chronic Phases of the Bleomycin-Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis Model
This poster introduces our latest findings on the relationship between fibrosis indicators and respiratory function (FVC) across different stages of disease progression in the bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model.
By examining both acute and chronic phases, the study aims to deepen the understanding of how multiple evaluation parameters can be integrated to improve nonclinical assessment in pulmonary fibrosis research.
SMC Laboratories will continue to advance nonclinical respiratory disease models and contribute to drug discovery in the fibrosis field.
